I posted before about what could be destroying my mint, and the consensus was caterpillars although I couldn't see any.
In a sort-of experiment I left alone to see what would happen - mint is now fully destroyed as you can see and caterpillars (lots!!) are now fully visible and moving onto the basil and thyme!
So are these tortrix larvae? Any advice to get rid?
I've cut the mint back down to the soil now, but will they still be hanging around when it grows back? Everything is in pots.
