Not sure what it is (forget-me-nots?), best way to get rid is to pull it all up.

Looks like Valerian seedlings. I quite like it in the right place. I’m trying to encourage a pot of white seedings and they look just like these.

I dont think it's forget me nor seedlings as the leaves are just a wee bit too pointy, i think it's something in your border that's self seeded, just hoe the seedlings on a dry day and they will dry out and die.
