Green flies/bug on hibiscus

I have a big hibiscus in the house. Flowers are getting covered with those green bugs (photo).
I’ve tried removing any flower/leaf with the bugs. It’s not enough.
I’m not keen on using pesticides inside the house.

What else can I do?

Squish as many as you can, and spray the rest with washing up liquid watered down, it suffocates them.

Water with just a squirt of washing up liquid as a wetting agent. It’s the water that kills them, the washing up liquid just ensures it wets their skin thoroughly. They breathe through pores in their skin, and if the pores are blocked with water, they suffocate.
