Anybody any idea what this plant it please.? It’s growing in a wild flower section in a local park. I’ve looked online and also in wildflower books I have but can’t find it

Poke berry, I think. Not a uk wildflower, but many in so felled wildflower mixes aren’t

I can’t tell from the perspective of the picture if it has a flower spike at the top, or if that’s something else like a foxglove behind it?

If the later, could it be Himalayan balsam? (If it is, please pull it up).

My plant app says it's Common Amaranth aka Pigweed.
