Red Robin Pleached tree - half standard or full standard

I’m looking at some evergreen screening to hide the very ugly DIY lean to extension next door have built right next to the boundary wall. Wall is 6ft high but extension is maybe between 7 and 8ft.

So I want a tree high enough to cover most of that but not too high to overly dominate the garden though the fact it will be pleached should help with that.

But I’m confused by the half standard and full standard. Are half standard just younger, not fully grown ones or are they dwarf versions which won’t grow past a certain point?
