What's wrong with my Peace Lilly

Hi. Can anyone help with my Peace Lilly. Seems that the ends are going crispy. It is watered once a week. Thank you

Is it in very bright or direct sun?

Mine went a bit like that, plus the flowers went green. I was told to take it out of the window - apparently they don’t like bright sun or cold, so it’s now on the dining table. I also fed it once a month with indoor plant food - twice a year is apparently enough, and repot into new compost annually. I also water once a week and one of those is in the shower to make the leaves happy.

Thanks both, it is by my French door but there isn't much direct sunlight there, the door isn't used either.

Dry air? Stand it on a tray of water filled with pebbles so the pot isn’t in the water?

Re pot it,they like a big pot and take it away from the door.
