Lavender plant advice please...

My lavender plant in window box is looking very sorry for itself and very dried out. Do I cut it back so it springs back to life? Or has it gone?

Thanks

Needs to be planted in a garden, they don't do well in pots imo

I have a few in my garden. I've cut them right back as they were also dried out. Hoping they come back to life.

One of mine has just stopped flowering. So I have trimmed it back. And using some to proppregate some new ones. Its also looking a bit pale. But it usually does after flowering.

I always grown lavender in pots, but outside. Not sure if inside ones are the same.

Thank you for all your replies.

The lavender plants I have in my garden are also in pots and they seem to be doing ok. The pot I have in my window box at the front of the house, is looking very sorry for itself and all dried up. Well I’ve cut it right back today and given lots of water and placed in the garden.

I do like lavender plants.

My lavender plant is well and truly died. Maybe I should keep them in the garden and not in a window box.

Tomorrow I’m going to our local market where there is a fabulous plant stall and I’m going to buy a few new plants. Any suggestions? Especially with autumn coming up I want to make more of an effort with my garden this year. I’ve slowly got into gardening this year with my children.
