Help! What are these white patches on my flowerbed?

My newly made no-dig flowerbed (with compost on top) overnight developed these white patches.

What are they? Are they fungus? I have other 4 flowerbeds newly made with the same brand of compost. None of them has this.

What shall I do?

It’s a harmless fungus that breaks down woody bits in the soil. Usually found in the soil under trees.
