Plan is to put one of these Jasmine behind the Acer and have it climb to cover the ugly background. I have some torsioned wire to attach to the 3 meter fence posts. Any foseeable problems with Acers and jasmine or the location. It gets plenty of sun but obviously will need to grow above the Acer to escape the shade.
I have climbing rose and hydrangea too at the back but need to wait for them to rise above the shrubs in front.
One more thing, the 3m fence posts, I wish I went a bit taller, like 3.5 meters. Is there any attachment or hack to go a bit higher?
