Irrigation for plants from water butt, hose or drip

I have a ground level bedding area with around 20 odd flowering plants as shown and a newly bought 200l water butt
I'm looking to set up automatic irrigation to water them for when I'm away. I'm thinking of having a timer and either a drip or soaker hose system.
Any recommendations on what I should get? Thanks

We have a Hozelock system, it works by battery and is set as a drip feed twice a day.

We're about to get an outside tap and also wondering what system to get for our pots...

For pots drip feed system is best
