Outdoor plants for ruby / Pearl anniversaries (not roses)

We've been invited to Pearl anniversary and ruby anniversary celebrations. Both couples are keen gardeners and have massive gardens so lots of space. That said, I wouldn't want to inflict anything too big on them.

The couple celebrating their 30th don't like rose bushes.
I bought a rose bush for the other couple's 25tjh so don't want to repeat (even though it was a long time ago).

Any suggestions for plants suitable for Pearl and ruby anniversary presents please? Budget is up to £20 each, either a small plant which I could plant in a suitable pot or a more expensive but not too big plant that will go in the garden.

A camellia? Come in red and white varieties, happy in a pot but can also be planted.

Something that has white berries for the Pearl anniversary?

There are lots of plants that have varieties named ‘Pearl’ or ‘Ruby’ , some are bulbs, others bushes or perennials.
Have a Google and your bound to come up with something suitable for their garden.

There is an orange blossom called Aztec Pearl, doubly significant since orange blossom was a traditional flower for brides. I have one in a pot, fully hardy (london) lovely scented flowers in the spring.

Yes, could have done that but wanted suggestions more tailored to my criteria.
