The tall grass-like one with dangly seed/flower heads. Saw it in a car park and love it.

Can anyone identify this plant please?

Carex pendula, pendulous sedge. Lovely plant but doesn’t half self seed

I don't actually know what it's called, (I did look it up once, but I've forgotten the name) but when we moved in to this house 30 years ago, there was one patch of it in the garden. My toddler daughter was fascinated by the dangling seed heads and played with them all the time. Next year, there was another patch by the sandpit and one by the swing. The year after that they were everywhere. They are lovely, but so prolific, and a bugger to dig up unless you catch them really early.
So I wouldn't recommend it, unless you're sure you can keep it under control!

Ooh I would advise not to get one - one arrived in my mums garden a few years back and spread everywhere and choked everything else! And it's a bugger to dig up too.

Thanks everyone- good to know about them being prolific self seeders!

I can vouch for that too - I’ve been trying to dig it out for about 4 years and it keeps springing up in new places.
