Does anyone know what these bumps are on my chilli plants !?!

could be mildew if it's on the underside of the leaf. It is , cut it off and try and keep the humidity down.

Could be the juvenile stage of whitefly, only that’s usually more evenly spread across the leaf

It's oedema. Quite common with chillies. Increase the ventilation and reduce the watering. The worst affected leaves will probably die but the plant will survive unless the roots have got completely waterlogged. Normally it can be cured completely by increasing air flow around the plants e.g. putting a fan on them.
