What plant is this??

Hi, can anyone identify this plant? In neighbours garden and walking past it the other day, the smell just hit me, like bubblegum but fresh if that makes sense... Not a gardener but would love to see if I could try to get this for my own garden, any help appreciated

Yes Mock Orange. We have a couple too but unlike everyone else who sniffs then I think they smell awful. They look lovely though! I think this year's been the best year for ours and for my Mum's.
