Never ever order from this website. Twice now I've had faulty items delivered. And yet again, I have to wait two weeks for someone to contact me and I will not be getting a refund, unless I can return the bulky item. Their "customer services" is a joke. Really the worst company I have ever dealt with

Just a rant, otherwise I'll spend the rest of my weekend feeling tearful and angry!

We placed an order with them about 2 months ago. After a week or so we had an email to say there was a problem with the item and it could no longer be delivered, and all items were being returned to their warehouse. The next day (!) the same item was on the site at least £100 pounds more. They did not respond to us and they just dont care.
Its a shame as I always thought of them as a company with integrity. We will never buy from them again.

I had unbelievable customer service from the online plant company Beth chatto. My first time of ordering and it was due to be delivered.
The courier that delivered the parcel was vile, I caught him repeatedly spitting on my doorstep, then he threw the parcel over a side gate and my plants were ruined.
(The parcel was clearly marked fragile)
I emailed the courier company and copied in Beth chatto
Courier company were useless, Beth chatto sent a new shipment via Royal Mail, and gave me a £20 gift voucher, which I haven't used as they were not to blame at all!
Plants are beautiful and top quality
I'd recommend them on customer service alone Smile

I've just been contacted by Primrose, saying they can see a colleague has contacted me and the matter is dealt with. No one has been in any type of contact with me. Not by email, not by phone, not via social media. I'm wondering if they are even a company

I ordered some plants from them and never again. Constantly let down, and when the plants finally arrived they were in a disgusting state and after taking pictures of them and ringing them they went in the bin. Was promised somebody would be in touch but heard nothing, emailed them with the photos and received a generic email saying somebody would be in touch and nothing happened. I ended up leaving a review on trust pilot and within hours had received an email saying they were going to give me a complete refund and it did in fact turn up a few days later. Judging by the amount of bad reviews they have received something is seriously wrong with that firm.

Had a dreadful experience with them last year (nothing delivered after months and months, and impossible to speak to a human being) and only got my money back by opening a credit card dispute. Absolutely appalling - never again.

My mum has had an awful time with them, almost verging on farcical. Crocus on the other hand have been fantastic. I’ve ordered loads. Prompt, beautifully packaged and lovely quality moist plants.

Yes they got our recent order wrong, by some miracle it was exchanged but it all seems a pretty haphazard operation (that's putting it politely)

Ordered a mini greenhouse from them last year .

After waiting a while, we're told that it was being despatched. We enquired after a long wait to be told that it would be arriving between two dates.
When it didn't arrive we enquired again to be told it was out of stock!

Never again.

I contacted Primrose a couple of weeks ago in order to find out when they expected a specific plant to be in stock. I got a one sentence response: "please see these ones" and a screenshot listing other varieties on the website. No mention of the variety I'd actually asked about.

Extremely poor, lazy customer service. I've been put off ever using them again.

(I've used Primrose in the past... customer service was of reasonable standard and plants received were excellent quality. It's a shame they've gone downhill to this extent).
