I think so, they look like one of the willowherbs to me. Can you get a closeup just of the tops of them?

That photo looks like rosebay willow herb. It's a wildflower which is quite attractive but seeds so much that it's generally considered a weed in gardens.

So, make sure it's out before it can set seed else you're liable to be overrun with it.

The app picture looks like rosebay, but it is easy to see OPs plant is not the same plant - it has small pale pink flowers on it, and doesn’t have the dense terminal flower spike of the rosebay. OPs is one of the small flowered Epilobiums (willowherbs). They also seed abundantly.
