Have I got plum pocket?!

I noticed loads of plums growing on my tree a couple of weeks ago were growing jellybean shape. I have just had a look and they seem to be growing mould on them.
Google seems to suggest plum pocket.

Has anyone successfully treated this? I have no idea how I’m going to remove all the plums!

Looks like it. Unfortunately there is often no chemical solution for fruit trees, as you would no longer be able to eat the fruit.
I would remove all the infected fruit and any infected deformed branches.

Sad it was looking like such a bumper crop this year too after a disappointing one last year. It looks like I’m going to be busy!
