This looks very weedy to me but not sure what it is...

Any ideas?

Could be a teasel, they have bumpy, prickly leaves.

Looks like bristly ox-tongue (Helminthotheca) except their leaves are often pointier!

Don't know, but it really doesn't want to be eaten, does it??

I'd leave it till it flowered.
