What is this spider

Hi all.

Never seen a spider like this before. It is so pretty but wondering what type of spider it is. Do any of you know?

I think it's a cucumber spider. I have a lot in my garden!

I have never seen one before. So pretty! I have young children, are they harmful? I do not want to kill it so would be happy to take him down to the woody area at the back of my house if he is.

Yes, cucumber green spider. Quite common in the east midlands.

Aww Dave the cucumber spider.
We are west midlands. We get all sorts of lovely spiders in our garden. We move the spiders which give a painful bite so kids don't get hurt.
But this one is so pretty.

We have 3 spiders who live with us!! A 7 legged one called Tracy!!
Had an encounter with a sticky fly tape.
Ds 17 is the proud owner of a plastic spider catcher as I was fed up of being woken at stupid o'clock to get one out of his bedroom...
