So stunning this year! Do I deadhead them? In previous years they have all come out at the same time. This year I have loads of buds, some in flower and one now past its best.

Yes, prune off the spent flowerheads so the plants don't waste their energy developing seed pods.

There is usually a difference in flowering times, some bloom earlier in the season than others. The weather will probably have affected them this year. Some of mine are just small buds still.
