It’s driving me bonkers. Neither of my plant identification apps have been any help at all.
Is it a mullein? It’s tall in maturity with white flowers and has multiplied all over the garden

Yes, Rose Campion or Lychnis coronaria. It comes in white, pale pink and bright pink, freely seeds itself around - I love it and have plenty!
