Mildew on rose

I can see a few traces on my wedding day rose grrrrrrrh!
Any tips?

Counter-intuitively, it can be cause by drought. Possibly a legacy ot the dry spring. So if you remove the worst affected leaves, you may be all right.
I've heard people suggest milk.
