Saving roses

Hi, we are moving house soon and want to take 2 rose bushes with us, they were gifted when our daughter was born.
They are 4yrs old, not huge, we have dug them up and potted them in large pots, saving as much of the root as we can.
How do we now help them survive? They were planted into a mix of compost and soil, have mulch on top, have been watered and given fertiliser, we've trimmed them back a bit and have misted the leaves, anything else? I know now wasn't an ideal time to do this but we've not had very good weather for getting out in the garden.

They should be ok for a bit, just get them in the ground as soon as you can when you move.

Thank you, we will. They are also currently in a nice sunny spot, sun from first thing through to about 3:30, same as when they were in the ground.
