I have recently moved and outside the front of my new house we have this plant/weed what is it?

It’s yellow Stonecrop, a succulent. It spreads everywhere, but is useful to soften hard edging. It you like it leave it and it will be quite happy. It’s easy to control by just removing bits.

Definitely a stonecrop, Sedum. Don't think it's Sedum acre which is the wild yellow stonecrop. I'd expect this to be one of the white flowered ones. Broken off bits root easily - if you want to move it elsewhere, you can simply scoop it up and drop it into the new position. If you don't mind it, you mights as well leave it until you have something better to plant.

It will be covered in flowers later in the year.
