What is wrong with my rose??

I have a lovely mature rose in my garden, not sure of the variety as it was here when I moved but it produces the most beautiful yellow flowers.
However poor rose always seems to be under attack from something. I'm already on heavy aphid watch which the bastard ants are already farming on some of her buds. And this happens to some of her leaves, it has also in previous years. Any ideas what it is, and what I can do?

I love roses but mine just seem to attract issues!

Some of the older varieties can be martyrs to rose ailments. But yours looks really healthy - if it;s just the odd leaf I’d pick them off and put them in the bin and let it get on with it. I do find roses respond well to being watered if its at all dry, and a good feed and mulch every so often perks them up too. I dont know what that specific problem with the leaf is though.

Spray it with crushed garlic and water in a sprayer. Aphids hate garlic. Spray under leaves and on top of leaves plus stems. Smells of garlic initially but leaves a sticky residue aphids hate

Thanks both! Reassuring you think it's healthy, I was thinking if all the leaves aren't lovely and green it's a sign of issues!
I'll try the garlic tip lydia thank you. It's not just my rose they seem to love my garden. I've got in early this year as I was expecting them but an organic alternative to the chemical stuff is great. Bastards!

If anyone does know what the mystery leaf issue is I'd be very grateful!

A friend used to hang a bird feeder in any bush that had aphids. The birds attracted by the feeder then went on to gobble all the aphids.

That leaf could be frost damage.
