Orange balls on compost?

What are these orange balls that have suddenly appeared on the surface of this compost? They weren't there this morning. It's mainly noticeable in the pots containing pepper seedlings but also one of the tomato seedling pots is affected.

Yeah, I agree, it looks like fruiting bodies of fungus. They won't be growing on your seedlings so I wouldn't worry about them.

That compost looks very wet, which will have supported the growth of fungus. I know it's hard to keep those little coir pots evenly moist but I'd hold off a bit till the surface of the compost dries out.
