I've had a couple of these plants for years, not sure what they're called, but this one really doesn't look happy now. I've tried moving to a slightly warmer room, moving into light, moving to a less lit corner (where it is now) and fertiliser but it's still not happy. Any ideas?

Can I make this better?

It’s a Dragon Tree, Dracaena Marginata. They don’t like too much sunlight and prefer slight damp soil rather than drying out and then being watered. They do like humidity so misting might help.

You can chop the top off and put it in a glass of water. It will grow roots and then you can pot it up to start a new plant.
Meanwhile, the old plant will try to carry on as before i.e. make a new shoot in line with the old stem. If you block this - by putting a disc of wax* to cover the cut end - then it will try to find a way out sideways and you will get several branches instead.

*The wax off cheeses like babybel or gouda are good for this!
