Anyone know what the first plant is and if the second is just a weed?

That looks like a plantain.

Melstarrynight · 02/05/2021 15:59

As in ribwort plantain, not the banana type

sadpapercourtesan · 02/05/2021 15:59

I'd say the first is a ribwort plantain and the second is scarlet pimpernel...but I could be wrong!

Honeywort · 02/05/2021 16:00

Agree plantain and I’d say chickweed for the other - willsoon have small white flowers if so

Thanks 😊

Is the chickweed good for bees/ worth keeping or should I dig it up?

Last one.. what is this? It's growing under the fence from next door.

That’s Euphorbia, it spreads by runners, hence coming under fence. The sap can be an irritant. I wear gloves when removing the dead heads.
I would consider the first two plants to be weeds and remove them.

Honeywort · 02/05/2021 16:25

That’s euphorbia or wood spurge. Milky sap which can irritate skin quite badly. Grows well in difficult situations like dry shade and I like it picked with eg tulips but it is a bit of an invasive thug and you need to keep an eye on it,

Honeywort · 02/05/2021 16:26

I’d pull up the chickweed (if it is that)

MereDintofPandiculation · 02/05/2021 23:01

All three of them are UK native plants
