Hi.I've got this Hartlage Wine perennial bought three years ago in its original pot and soil and have grown it in deep shade since then.I'm very curious as to how it does so well even though the ticket says to grow in fertile most soil in sun. It is 2ft now and flowers and can apparently reach 10ft if planted out which I'm planning to do eventually .I looked it up and one website are saying grow in sheltered partial shade while another says sun.Just wondered best place to plant it and why do different suppliers advise different situations to grow it.Does this happen often Thank-you.

If you look at the RHS website it states full sun or partial shade and sheltered.

As long as its sheltered seems ok from full shade to full sun thanks for that.
