Low level rose

I have a gap in a border. I need something low level and disease resistant. Any suggestions?

I have something similar to these at the front of the house and they are pretty much maintenance free. My other bush roses in a different bed suffer a lot from rust and I spend a lot of time spraying them and removing infected leaves but the ground cover roses are fine,
