Another plant ID one!

Yet another plant I can't identify! Does anyone know what this is? Will it flower?

It looks a bit like oregano or thyme?

I don't think it's a herb, it's got a long, thin wood stem, it's about 1.5ft tall. You can't really see that in the pic. No odour either.

Any garden gurus about?

Is it honey suckle?

Not oregano or thyme. Possibly Symphoricarpus, snowberry. Or possibly Spirea. Both are inclined to get themselves into places they weren’t intended

Maybe Spirea? If so then yes it will flower, I think you're just going to have to wait and see what it does!
