Another mystery plant ID please...

DH thinks this is garlic mustard, I'm not sure...anyone seen it before? It's under our apple tree, very healthy and lush, but just a bushy heap of foliage rather than tall stems.

Hopefully the picture will attach this time!

Yep, garlic mustard! I find it pulls out easily when it's young.

Oh yippee, thank you! I have no idea how it got there Grin

It's in the wildflower bit of the garden so we'll probably leave it in!

It is indeed Garlic Mustard. I have been digging up the buggers all day. Just as an aside, they do once you have one, they get everywhere!

It's the food plant of orange-tip butterfly caterpillars, so you might get lucky and get some of those Smile

I didn't realise that... I've been weeding out the garlic mustard, but will leave a bit somewhere unobtrusive, I had an orange tip in my garden today.
