Sorry a plant (well, tree) ID one

I have inherited a tree in a pot, and would like to save it (plant it in a bigger pot and generally look after it - it seems to be leaning a lot and will only stay up next to a wall) - but I've no idea what it is. Will attach photos!
It is around 5ft 6 at the moment.

Looks like a Photinia, if it is the new growth should be a pretty red shade.
