We've bought a house with a 15yr overgrown garden, which was cleared to the ground in Autumn. Everything is growing again and this thing is coming up. It has a thick, pink tap root, like a pink carrot on the left of the pic, and the growth towards the right of the pic. Any ideas what is it?
