Pieris help needed!!

I have a lovely flaming silver pieris which was doing well but I have noticed today it looks to have literally died overnight picture attached

Has the frost got it? Is there any hope?!

Any advice welcome as it's an absolute favourite of mine and I really don't want to loose it

It's just the frost getting the recent growth. Dw your pieris will survive. In some cases the red growth returns after the brown bits dry and fall off. Looks awful but isn't fatal.

Thank you for your reply
Should I cut the brown bits off or just leave it alone until it warms up?

I would leave it. It’s probably just the leaves that have died off not the stems

@teddybearsbear exactly the same thing happened to my new one! Noticed the rest of it was looking alright this morning and with other posters it sounds like it's alright. Really pleased because I was really annoyed about it.
