What trade am I looking for to do this?

We have a large garden area that needs completely revamped.
Ideally we would be looking for someone that can come up with a full plan of landscaping (putting all our wants into the garden) but also a full and detailed planting scheme. We would then like to carry out the work ourselves.
I have looked into both landscapers and gardeners but neither seem to quite fit with what I am looking for someone to do.
