Shrub ID please

Have several of these evergreen shrubs, don't recall them having flowers just these small berries

Getting a bit bare at the base and top heavy now so want to look up best time to prune

don't recall them having flowers just these small berries Physically impossible for them to have berries without first having flowers . Not all flowers are showy, depends a lot on what is pollinating them.
