fence paint

We have had new fences put in to replace old ones. Does anyone have any suggestions for paint? I've seen the Ronseal one coat fence paint and wondered if it is any good? I'm looking for a light brown colour that isn't too orange in tone.

Look at Cuprinol. We used that and it covers and weather's brilliantly plus there are loads of shades to choose from.

I wouldn't recommend the Ronseal one. We recently did our fences and shed with it (two different colours, one dark, one light) and both needed multiple coats. Not even 2 coats, at least 3. We actually need to go over our fence again because it still looks a bit patchy. The colours themselves are nice, but just not worth it in terms of time wasted and hassle repainting the same areas.

Also, just as a warning, the 'sage' colour isn't a true sage. It's more of a teal-sage mix, just incase you were interested in that colour. It's still lovely, but definitely more 'beach hut' as opposed to cottage garden vibes.
