Spinach seedlings in cold frame?

Would spinach seedlings do ok in a cold frame in March? Experimented by trying a few indoors at end of January but am fast running out of space.
I'm in west coast of Scottish highlands so it's definitely not a warm balmy climate...more North Pole outside!

They're 4 weeks since sown, not tiny but worried it's too soon. Any thoughts ?

My chard seedlings have overwintered in an unheated greenhouse, W Yorks, 400ft above sea level. Ok, different plant, but close relative

Oh you've had quite a lot of snow and really cold weather too haven't you? Right that's decided me...into the cold frame they go and space will be made for tomatoes Smile
