What type of Bamboo is this?

Looks like what I am after to cover an ugly back wall/neighbours broken fence. Great how it doesn't bend or droop much. Would that effect be easy to achieve?

Bamboo is a ferocious grower so much so it's recommended to grow in large pots to keep it under control and you'll need to prune it hard. If you keep on top of pruning you'll get away with planting it straight into the ground and it's really effective as a living screen.
