Will my seeds be ok?

Hi, apologies if this is a stupid question Blush
I thought I’d get organised by ordering all the seeds I need for my veg patch this year. Work is unpredictable and if things get busy in the next few weeks I know I won’t have the mental energy left to decide what to plant and where. Not to mention pick up the various items I’ll need (I’m still relatively new to this).
Anyway! I was notified last Thursday that my order had been dispatched. I was supposed to receive it yesterday but didn’t, as all the snow we’ve had here has caused a lot of disruption. I’m just wondering whether the seeds risk being damaged during transit if they’re exposed to very cold temperatures?

(I placed the order before we got the snow - that’ll teach me not to check the weather forecast...)

Seeds should be fine, they are usually stored in cold storage anyway, so cold weather shouldn’t affect them.

Yes, they'll be fine. There's some seeds that actually need a period of cold before they'll germinate.

Great news - thank you, both!
