Do you mean winter flowering plants, or plants that prefer to be planted in winter while dormant?

@JMitch have a look at The Floral Project and Swan Cottage Flowers.
I follow both on Instagram and although we started off a lot of seedlings back in the autumn, both sites do Growalongs for us to follow. Another of which will be coming up again soon.

My winter garden is ablaze at the moment with scarlet stemmed Acer, Sango Kaku. Cornus midwinter fire and various grasses. Backed by white Silver Birch and the white bramble cockburnianus. The colour is provided by winter pansies , wallflowers and cyclamen.

I stole this idea from the winter garden at Anglesey Abbey. It is well worth a visit if you are in that part of the country.

Anglesey Abbey is gorgeous, FLOrenze. I have had plans to turn one of my borders into a winter border ever since I visited, but other parts of the garden have had to take priority and I haven’t got round to it yet. Maybe next year!
