Recommend me a fire pit

Have a new patio and want to buy DH a fire pit for Xmas.

Any advice or recommendations?

Yes. Kadai Firebowls. Google them. They are the absolute best. Our first one lasted ten years and has now been repurposed into a planter (would have lasted longer but we didn't look after it in the winter ) which looks amazing and we are now on our second. Come with grills so can be used as bbq. Top tip is to buy the metal rain cover if you can and they also do a wooden top which means it can also be a garden table when not in use.
