Any advice please, moved in 3 and a half years ago, i work night shift, so dont do too much till thursday friday and saturday. oa works days, 4 children, a samoyed dog and 4 cats, neighbour told me what i can and cant do regarding hedge etc, they asked me to cut magnolia tree down by half, i thinned it out. Then 4 weeks ago, they said can you cut your hedge and fir tree down to make it level with our hedge, i got it thinned out, trimmed and tidy. Hanging out my washing this morning, they are over the back fence, said hello, you still havent cut your front hedge and fir tree down to level it with ours, i said its been thinned trimmed and tidied, they said not good enough, if i cut the fir down it will ruin the shape, she and he said ha ha ha ruin the shape so funny, so i said if your going to laugh and take the p, im not talking to you, then i said i do what i can as and when, he said to be honest all you do is cut the grass, ( actually i cut grass trim tidy and prune and cut back) so i said you saying im lazy, he said no your a slob. then they said back garden is a mess youve not done anything in there either, ( i had 7 trees cut down, cut back trimmed tidied, stone chippings laid down around the pond and apple trees etc. Bearing in mind, they are both having a go at me while im still hanging out my washing so this is going on for 10 minutes. eventually i walked off. id had enough of them having a go at me, theyve had a go at a few neighbours up the road and down the road and across the road. They then said the wall was their wall the boundary wall, on my deeds its actually my wall the boundary is the concrete pillar with the wire fence which they own that has fallen over onto their side. I just want to shut the curtains and the whole world out. If i did what they want, they would find something else to complain abour as a few of the neighbours have already said, im expecting them to send a solictors letter in the post. Feeling pretty fed up now.
