Wet bulbs....

Left packages of bulbs outside after I'd planted some...they got soaked a few times. Should I forget about them?

If they are still firm plant them. Deep as you can.

Yes plant them, quickly - you don't want them to rot.

Anyway they can get quite wet when they are in the ground!

Some bulbs like tulips hate to be damp, but unless they have been in a puddle of water they should be OK.

In addition to what the others have said, if you have any gravel /potting grit, sprinkle a little in the bottom of the planting hole to help with drainage.
