It's a very etoilated dracaena marginata. It hasn't had much light for a long time.

Dracena Marginata and you can chop it up into sticks about 6" long, plant them in soil and make more. A neat, straight cut, pop in soil and water. That's it.

I chopped my 21 year old, 7ft tall Dracena up (chopped two of the three 'stalks' off) and made loads of baby plants that I gave to family and friends. The original and the babies are all so healthy now.
