Does anyone know what this is please?

Does it ever flower? Looks like an oleander to me.

I think it's a callistemon or bottle-brush tree.

I agree that it looks like an Oleander. If it is beware - they are highly toxic, not at all safe to have around unwary people or children. Pretty though.

If it is oleander I’d bin it.
They are highly poisonous for pretty much everything; people, cats and dogs, even bees

Thanks very much everyone. It's in my mother in law's garden so have have sent her the information and will hopefully know what it is after she has looked at them. I was hoping to get a cutting and have some for my garden but will give it a miss now.
