Just wanted to highlight this programme, available on BBC IPlayer, I’ve been watching it over the last few weeks.
Gavin presents it from his home in Ireland, he’s very laid back, but gives realistic advice in his lovely lilting accent.
The scenery’s great, as well.

Yes, my sort of garden. I love his ideas on salvaged and reclaimed items.

That wraparound veranda he put on the back of the house that allows you to get a different perspective of the garden - I could imagine myself sitting out there with a coffee in the morning....

"Salvaged and reclaimed" sounds promising. I wish there were a bit more of that in GW- e.g. budget alternatives to expensive trellis, or making home made irrigation systems from bottles
