I was bought this lily plant last week, the person that bought it was sure it was a house plant although I'm not convinced, so just after some opinions indoor or outdoor? The plant has no label with it all I know is it is a lily plant. Thanks

I grow them in the garden, but they don’t mind being indoors. Outside the rain does ruin the flowers and they attract Lilley beetles.
After it’s flowered, cut off the seed pods and put it outside. Make sure it is watered. It will die off and regrow next year.

Do you have cats? Be cautious if you do, lilies are deadly poisonous to them.

At this time of year, most houseplants can be outside.

Do I need to cut it back at all once it died off

Don't cut it back, leave it to die back on it's own. It needs to keep photosynthesising for the bulb to build up its reserves to grow back next year.
