Not sure if this has already been suggested but now some of the summer perennials are coming to an end, I'm starting (for the first time) to collect seeds from my garden to sow next year. I've been following and posting on the garden pictures thread and there are so many lovely plants and so many experienced gardeners.
Would anyone be interested in collecting seeds and swapping to increase our stock for free? At the moment I can offer purple lupins (sorry I don't know the name as my dad grew them from seed and lost the packet but they are very vigorous and attractive), white astrantia, yellow Californian poppies, ordinary large mixed colour poppies and I think Jacob's ladder. I would love some red helenium Moerheim Beauty seeds.
Obviously there's no guarantee that any of the seeds will germinate but I think it's pretty likely at least some will and worth a go for the price of a stamp. 🌱😊
